After you have registered for one of the programs in KSPA you will receive an official invitation from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://www.mid.ru/). You need this invitation for the visa application, which you will send to your local Embassy / Consulate

Make sure to leave enough time for accomplishing the procedure of obtaining a visa. As a rule it takes 3 weeks. The cost of the visa depends on processing time and the type of visa.

On arriving in Petrozavodsk you should undergo migration registration procedure within 3 days in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation. The Academy (the International office) is responsible for registering foreign citizens it hosts. You will have to bring your passport, visa and migration card to the International office of KSPA.
