Students’ leader Evgeniya Frolova

Leader of student trade union of Karelian State Pedagogical Academy Evgeniya Frolova was in top 14 in the 10^th Russian Students’ Leader Contest
The contest was organized by the Ministry of Education of Russia, trade union of educators of Russia, Student coordination council and State Technology University of Don.
500 representatives from 83 regions of Russia gathered together in Divnogorsk to share experience, represent their trade unions and compete.
Apart from Evgeniya, five more students from four departments (Natural Geography, Technology and Entrepreneurship, Primary Education and Foreign Languages) went to the contest as KSPA representatives. Students took a four-day course. Evgenia Frolova gave trainings. She taught how to organize events and negotiate. Not only has she given the most trainings, but also was recognized as the best host.
During five days of competition participants had to present their leadership skills. They participated in the following competitions: self-portrait, negotiations, legal knowledge, effective presentation, flash, united trade union and surprise.
Vienna Shindyapina, 3^rd year student of the Department of foreign languages and KIrill Voitovm 3^rd year student of the Department of natural geography were in the TOP 100.
Two weeks of fruitful work helped participants build self-confidence, be positive and persistent in achieving their goals. All finalists were awarded with prizes and gifts.
