Students of KSPA will go to Sochi Forum

February, 1 a group of KSPA students sets off to Sochi to attend the Student Marathon Interregional Youth Forum 53 students from almost all of the Academy departments formed a team to represent KSPA on the Forum.
The Forum is supported by Committee on Youth Affairs of the State Duma, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and Federal Agency on Youth Affairs.
Purposes of the event are as follows: training of teams for implementation of purposes of youth politics on regional and national levels; efficient organization of health improvement and recuperation of students; promotion of healthy lifestyle; creation of sports facilities for leisure time; nurturing student self-governance and creative self-expression.
Considering the aforesaid purposes seventeen competitions were organized, namely: singing contest; photo marathon; dance contest; cyber-tournament (PES 2012 football simulator); panel game; intellectual game; video contest; sport competitions including speedcubing (assembling Rubik’s cube); social poster contest. Another one is Wax Museum make-up and costume contest when each team should choose a model and dress her as a famous movie character.
Program of the Forum also implies educational activity such as discussions, trainings, seminars, panel discussion. It will help students work out ideas for Governmental projects in field of entrepreneurship, volunteer work, youth innovative companies etc.
KSPA students who engage in sports activities, journalism, design, arts, dancing and singing will represent the Academy in Sochi.
The Forum will last 3 – 7 February.
